At Doveflair, all apparel is made to order after your payment is confirmed. This ensures fresh printing and quality, but limits returns and refunds to verified issues caused by us.

Overview of Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns and refunds only for verified major defects caused by manufacturing or fulfillment errors. Report these within 30 business days of delivery, with eligibility up to 60 days from delivery.
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us. After that, production starts and changes or cancellations are not possible.
All requests require review and approval by support.
Eligible Returns
Requests are accepted only for major defects, including:
- Printing errors caused by manufacturing
- Damaged products from fulfillment
- Incorrect items shipped
- Change of mind or personal preference
Report within 30 business days of delivery with clear photos and details.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to customization and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Wrong size selection
- Wrong color or design chosen
- Customer-provided errors
- Failure to review the product preview before checkout
- Items purchased during sales or promotions (unless a verified major defect exists)
How to Request a Return
All requests require prior approval. Follow these steps:
- Check your delivery date on our Order Tracking page.
- Email support@doveflair.com with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a description.
- We will respond within 1 business day to review.
- If approved, we’ll provide next steps.
Items returned without approval will not be processed, and we are not responsible for any costs or loss.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, report it within 30 business days of delivery.
Email photos and details. After review, if verified as our mistake, we’ll approve a free replacement or refund.
Replacements and Exchanges Policy
We provide free replacements for verified quality issues or incorrect items shipped.
Exchanges or full refunds are not available unless a major defect is confirmed. Exchanges for size, color, or preference are not offered due to customization and hygiene.
Refund Processing & Method
If a refund is approved after review, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Original shipping fees are not refunded. See our Payment Policy for details by payment type.
Shipping Costs & Responsibility
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We cover shipping for approved replacements due to our errors. If return is required, you cover costs unless the issue is verified as ours.
For most approved major defects, returning the item is not necessary.
Late or Missing Refunds
If an approved refund does not appear:
- Check your payment account.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as additional time may be needed.
- If more than 7 business days have passed since approval, email us for assistance.
Abuse & Policy Misuse Protection
We review all requests carefully to maintain fairness. Repeated unfounded claims may lead to restricted support options for an account.
