Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments exclusively through PayPal. You can pay using:
- Your PayPal balance
- A linked bank account
- Debit or credit cards via PayPal Guest Checkout (no PayPal account needed)
This gives you flexibility while keeping the checkout process secure and straightforward.
When Your Card Is Charged
Your payment is processed immediately when you complete checkout. This allows us to start production on your made-to-order item right away.
If you see a pending charge, it is an authorization hold (explained below). The final charge posts once the transaction is fully processed by PayPal.
Secure Payment Processing
All payments are handled by PayPal, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your payment details are encrypted with SSL/TLS during transmission.
We do not store any credit card or bank information on our servers—everything stays with PayPal for maximum security.
Billing Details & Fraud Protection
PayPal performs standard checks such as Address Verification Service (AVS) and CVV verification to help prevent fraud.
In rare cases, additional verification may be required, which can place a temporary hold on an order. If this happens, we will contact you promptly for clarification.
Currency & Taxes
All prices and transactions are in U.S. dollars (USD).
Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you submit payment, based on your shipping address and current state rates.
Refunds
Any approved refunds are issued back to your original PayPal payment method.
Refund timing varies: PayPal balance refunds are usually instant, while card refunds can take a few days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Payment Issues or Disputes
If you notice a failed payment, duplicate charge, or any other issue, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.
We are happy to help before any formal dispute is opened with PayPal or your bank.
Recurring / Subscription Payments
We do not currently offer subscriptions or recurring billing. Each order is a one-time purchase.
Third-Party Payment Services
We use PayPal as our sole third-party payment processor. All payment-related terms are subject to PayPal’s user agreement, which you accept during checkout.
Chargebacks & Dispute Handling
We work directly with customers to resolve any concerns. If a chargeback is filed, we will provide transaction details and order information to PayPal or the card issuer as needed.
Contacting us first usually resolves issues faster than a formal dispute.
Refund Timing vs Payment Timing
Payments are captured immediately at checkout to begin production. Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after approval, but may take longer to appear depending on PayPal or your bank.
Deposits / Partial Payments
We require full payment at checkout. Deposits or partial payments are not accepted.
Authorization Hold Explanation
When you place an order, PayPal may place a temporary authorization hold on your funds or card to verify availability. This is not a final charge—it simply reserves the amount.
The hold typically drops off within a few days if the transaction does not complete, or converts to the final charge when processed.
